你希望活出一個快樂的人生嗎 ?
在這過眼雲煙的世界，怎樣能夠享受生命 ?
怎樣成為一個開心快樂人 ?
又怎樣與別人建立和諧愉快的關係 ?

       你們要靠主常常喜樂。我再說，你們要喜樂。(腓 4:4)

       我的心歡喜，我的靈快樂；我的肉身也要安然居住。

在這個墮落世界，生活充滿困難挑戰。
很多人常常經歷到不開心、種種壓力、孤單、
抑鬱和痛苦。
然而，聖經提醒我們，人生於世，原來可以預嚐像天上的生活！怎樣做到呢 ?

作為基督徒，首要的是必須按照聖經教導，學習活出平衡健康的人生，這是天父所喜悅的。
我們提倡的 全人屬靈健康 生活，是建基於 主耶穌的生命模式  (路 2:52) ，能夠幫助我們成為一個更平衡健康的人。

作主門徒，學主樣式：
漸漸地，我們成為一個開心快樂人，從而帶來和諧幸福的婚姻/家庭，進而建立更健壯的教會，並在這不開心的世界裡，
成為美好生命見證，有效傳揚福音！阿們！

           聖經異象 = 健康靈命 + 健康家庭：

           健康+快樂 人 → 健康+快樂 家庭 (婚姻+親子關係) →

           健康+快樂教會 → 美好生命見證 → 有效傳揚福音 → 榮歸天父！阿們！

總括而言，活在不開心及充滿苦難的世界，我們都需要學習和建立一個活在地上如同活在天上的喜樂生活方式。

Do you want to live a happy life?
How to enjoy our lives in this passing world?
How to become a happy and joyful person?
How to develop harmonious and enjoyable relationships with others?

     Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! (Philippians 4:4)

     Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure. (Psalms 16:9)

In this fallen world, life is challenging and difficult, and many people have been experiencing a lot of unhappiness,
stresses, loneliness, depression and suffering.
Contrarily, the Bible reminds us that life in this world could become a foretaste of heavenly-life on earth! How?

As Christians, first and foremost, we need to learn how to live a balanced and healthy life based on biblical teachings
as Father God wants us to live. We advocate the holistic spiritual health life which follows the life-model of Jesus (Luke 2:52)
that would help us to become a more balanced and healthier person.

Become Jesus' disciples, learn Jesus' model：
Gradually, we will become a happier and more joyful person; resulting in a harmonious and
happy marriage/family and a stronger church.
As a result, it becomes a good life-testimony that is effective in evangelism in this unhappy world! Amen!

         Our Biblical Vision = Healthy Spirituality + Healthy Family:

         Healthy & Happy Person → Healthy & Happy Family (Marriage + Parent-Child Relationship) →

         Healthy & Happy Church → Good Life-Testimony → Effective Evangelism! → Glory be to Father God! Amen!

In sum, in this unhappy and suffering world, we need to learn and develop a life-style of heavenly joy in earthly living.

 異象及使命

A. 聖經模式：全人屬靈健康 = 健康靈命 
     (= 生理-心理-社群-靈性)

     主道成-肉身的目的-當然是為救贖世人,
     另一方面; 亦展示給所有信徒:
     主肉身-成道的基要操練: 全人屬靈健康!

      (路 2:52) 耶穌的智慧和身量，並神和人喜愛他的心，都一齊增長。

Q：四本福音書的作者都甚少提及主耶穌的童年及青少年期,
       而作者路加(醫生)強調 - 路 2:52 - 的原因是甚麼？

    全人屬靈健康 (身體+心理+社群+靈性) 是:
1. 主耶穌成長期間的全人屬靈操練 (Holistic Spiritual Discipline).
2. 由12歲 (路 2:42) 開始, 經過最少18年的操練, 去預備主30歲 (路 3:23) 開始傳道.
    (除了主受洗之外, 在這18年期間, 路加並沒有記錄其它關於主的事蹟).
3. 主隨即勝過魔鬼四十天的試探 (路4:1-13).
4. 主的全人屬靈健康生命樣式, 展示給信徒肉身可成道的在世生活藍圖.

    因此,  身為基督徒，我們需要 作主門徒，學主樣式 (Please see below **)。
    需要刻意學習和操練 全人屬靈健康模式 是建基於主耶穌的 健康平衡成長 的四大方面:

Vision & Mission

A. The Biblical model: Holistic Spiritual Health = Healthy Spirituality 
     (= Physical-Psychological-Social-Spiritual)

   The main purpose of ‘the Word became flesh’ is for the salvation of mankind.
   As well, to show ‘the flesh can become the Word’ by the fundamental discipline:
   Holistic Spiritual Health!

Q: Authors of the four Gospels rarely mentioned the childhood and youth-hood of Jesus,
     what are the reasons for Luke to emphasize Luke 2:52?

    The Holistic Spiritual Health (Physical+Psychological+Social+Spiritual) is:
1. The Holistic Spiritual Discipline of Jesus during his developmental years.
2. Since age 12 (Luke 2:42), after 18 years of practice, to prepare Jesus’ ministry
     commencing at age 30 (Luke 3:23). (Except the event of Jesus’ baptism,
     in this period of 18 years, Luke did not record any other events about Jesus).
3. Thereafter, Jesus overcame devil’s 40 days of temptations (Luke 4:1-13).
4. Jesus’ Holistic Spiritual Health life-style provides a blueprint to believers that ‘the flesh
     can become the Word’ in this earthly journey.

Therefore, as Christians, we should become Jesus' disciples, learn Jesus' model.
we need intentionally to learn and practice the model of holistic spiritual health 
which is based on the healthy and balanced development of Jesus in four main areas:

B. Our Pastoral Mission Statement:

    Reflecting upon the "Journey of Fire & Passion for New Life" and years of learning in church ministries,
    the “pastoral mission statement” that received from above is:

               Learn to live out holistic spiritual health,
                              Establish a harmonious and joyous family,
                                         Care and connect with church members,
                                                    Spread the Gospel message of forgiveness and eternal life.

• Our eldest daughter is serving together with her husband (both are Chinese from Toronto) in Hong Kong, pastoring an English-speaking church since October 2018.

• Our younger son finished his university education in 2019 and is leading an independent life. Praise God!

• An empty nest is a happy nest!
  Our daughter added: "Empty nest is a honey nest in the love of Jesus!"
  We are free to serve in any places that God leads us to. Amen!
